Our client is a highly complex refinery which integrate the related to petrochemical production.
Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineer will report to the Combustion Specialist and will be responsible for the following functions:
• To complete the boiler & the furnaces testing and monitor the minimum fuel oil.
• Assist the Combustion specialist to perform general combustion projects and other related mechanical work requirements.
• Support the Combustion specialist to study energy saving projects i.e.; new convection bank replacement.
• Under the direction of combustion specialist to furnace and perform burner tests activities for data collection.
• Data entry of all technical information and burner data sheets on to the computer systems.
Qualifications:
• Male or female, age between 23-30 years.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineer with GPA 2.5 is preferable.
• Fluency in using PC particularly, in Microsoft Office - Power Point.
• Able to work in refinery environment with noise and hot temperatures.
• Experience in mechanical industry or petrochemical will be useful.
• Fluency in mathematic is required.
• Good understand of drawing symbols are highly desirable.
